See below for your training plans for Fall Break. Even though we are out on break you still need to be running. Do not waste all the work you have done so far by not running over break. If you cannot get out and do the full workout or run, at least get out and do something! Something is better than nothing. A 3o min run is better than no run. Be consistent and get your runs in Hawks!
